Weaving Whimsies And Fantasies

A master storyteller in fashion and not one to shy away from taking risks on runways, Moto Guo first made heads turn with his acne-themed showcase 'Picnic In The Society' at Milan Men's Fashion Week 2016. Under his eponymous label founded in 2015, his comically eccentric collections are woven in with personal narratives, all with a touch of self-deprecating humour. Moto joins the show this week to fill us in on the creative details of his signature collections, meeting Karl Lagerfeld and Anna Wintour, and his latest tribute collection - 'To Kinder' - to his alter ego and 'right-brain' of the label. Later, Florence Song, Senior Writer at ELLE Malaysia takes us through how to play around with ruching in your ensembles, from incorporating it as subtle details to going full-bodied with it.
