Ashley Chan

She’s 21 and has checked off a whole list of life goals, from being a TV host, a radio announcer and a frontwoman for a popular band. Her name is Ashley Chan.

Initially, Ashley wanted to be a professional dancer having learnt ballet from the age of four. But unfortunately, she tore a meniscus after a heavy workload of rehearsing for three musicals in succession.

She took it upon herself to focus on her singing and she was picked to be the frontwoman for the local punk band An Honest Mistake. In 2013, it all kicked into high gear as Ashley signed up and won Bella TV’s Official Correspondent search.

As 2014 rolled by, Ashley was picked up as Capital FM’s youngest ever radio announcer on the team. The gig ended in October of this year but that wasn't stopping Ashley. She’s currently working hard with her own music, and appearing in Joanne Kam’s new musical, things are still shining for her.

For the record, Ashley scored 16!
