Michelle Barbour

Michelle Barbour is a new regular at open mic nights on the Malaysian stand up comedy circuit. She’s been doing this for a year now.

She is a product of a Malaysian mother and Lebanese father. Raised in the windy deserts of Oman, she returned to KL on the eve of the 50th anniversary of Merdeka and decided to stay because she liked what the humidity did with her hair. A budding storyteller, she aims to regale the world with her misadventures and to drink as much coffee as humanly possible.

She’s also the founder of Shiny Happy People, an online shop that sells temporary metallic tattoos.

For the record, Michelle scored 24!
