With our eyes set on unearthing the freshest flavors from unexpected places, we widen our scope with hand-picked musical gems from all across Asia. This week, we are joined by Asia's leading Chinese female jazz trio, The Shang Sisters, who have rebranded themselves and set out to promote a unique brand of uniquely Malaysian jazz called "Nanyang Jazz". We speak to the jazz trio and their music director, Tay Cher Siang, to find out all about it.
