With votes being furiously tallied aross the country, concerns arose over delayed results when MP candidate for Segambut Hannah Yeoh tweeted: "results not coming in because the Presiding Officers (KTM) do not want to sign Form 14 for our PACAs." We spoke to Hannah Yeoh for a sense of what was happening on the ground, while Thomas Fann, Chairperson of Bersih, weighed in to provide perspective and clarify the significance of Form 14.
