After almost a week of political upheaval, the Istana Negara confirmed today that Bersatu President, Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, will be sworn in as the eighth Prime Minister of Malaysia on 1st March 2020. Gan Ping Sieu, Co-President of Center for a Better Tomorrow (CENBET), explains whether the new Perikatan Nasional government – made up of Bersatu, UMNO and PAS – will be one of moderation, inclusion and multiculturalism.
