When the global pandemic hit the country last year, many businesses were not prepared for the scale of disruption that followed. This forced many SMEs to adapt overnight to a world fully reliant on digital, to keep pace with the sudden increase of consumer demand online.

Lazada has invested RM54Mil through its ‘Pakej Kedai Pintar’ stimulus packages, and to tell us more we spoke with Diana Boo, CMO Of Lazada Malaysia.
