Tech4Good Ep 3: Mind The Gender Gap

Tech4Good is a new monthly series where we explore meaningful solutions to the many challenges facing our world, while discussing the role of technology in achieving sustainability. In this episode, we ask: why are we still so far away from achieving gender equality? Since the pandemic hit, it's estimated that it will take 135.6 years to close the gender gap worldwide - how can we fix this?

In this third episode of our ongoing series, we speak to two women leaders: Jennifer Wong, the Chief Financial Officer of Celcom Axiata Berhad, and entrepreneur Ezzati Nasir, the co-founder of Teman Malaysia. Both women share their unique stories and experiences of achieving success in their respective fields, why gender-inclusive representation is critical, and how tech is changing the world of work for women.

Tech4Good is presented by Tata Consultancy Services - Building on Belief.
