Malaysia’s position in the CPI improved from 61st to 57th for 2023, after two consecutive years of decline in the ranking. Leading the battle against graft in our country is the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC). We’ll be speaking with Norul Ashikin, Head of the Governance Policy Sector at the MACC, to understand the commission’s role in combating graft and improving Malaysia’s position in the CPI.
