Do I Have Health Anxiety?

You’ve probably found yourself worrying a bit more than normal over physical symptoms you’re experiencing, or perhaps even going down a rabbit hole looking up your symptoms online or asking your doctor about it. We speak to consultant clinical psychologist Lavender Tan to help us better understand this condition and how it affects the lives of individuals who are dealing with it.
