Malaysia, famous for its friendly laid-back culture, was recently ranked 56th among 156 countries in a World Happiness Report 2013 conducted by the U.N. What makes a country happy? We ask Anthonie Versluis, Managing Director of Roland Berger Strategy Consultants about how social policies can increase happiness and boost productivity.
