Born and brought up in Malacca, Melba Nunis spent most of her days in the kitchen learning her mother’s recipes for Kristang cuisine. Her new book is “A Kristang Family Cookbook” and she will be talking about the relationship between her community’s food and culture. Joining her is Joan Marbeck, who have researched and written extensively on Kristang language and culture.
