今年是赵明福逝世的第16个年头。16年来，赵家人不曾放下，他们拒绝遗忘、拒绝妥协，坚持要的不是赔偿金，而是真相与责任的交代。就在反贪会首次道歉与提议支付“慰问金”之后，赵家公开拒绝，并痛批这只是公关操作。同一时间，行动党领袖倪可汉一句“好心被雷劈”，再度引爆社会舆论，也让人质疑：赵案16年后，谁还在认真面对承诺？本期《自由时事》，我们邀请到赵明福的妹妹赵丽兰，以及赵明福民主促进会主席黄业华，深入谈论：为何赵家拒绝接受“和解”、这场16年的正义追寻如今到了什么关键节点、而我们社会，又该如何回应这场仍在持续的控诉
