美国总统特朗普日前透过TruthSocial公布了一封通知函，宣布美国将从8月1日开始，对来自14个国家的部分进口商品征收高达25%到40%的对等关税，其中包括日本、南韩、多个亚洲与非洲新兴经济体，连马来西亚也榜上有名。
特朗普的这一步棋，到底是谈判策略，经济武器，还是政治表演？马来西亚还有转圜的余地吗？
