Developing a Personal Growth Culture: Coping with Change at The Workplace

Change is the only constant thing in life. In fact, Malaysia has just undergone a big change - the change of hands in the government. With such a change, there would be many more changes – perhaps a change in regulations and policies, a change in the people you report to (especially with the civil service) and many more. As change is inevitable and some may be out of your control, how then do you deal and cope with changes that are happening which will affect you at the workplace? Shankar Santhiram shares his insights into this area of dealing and coping with change at the workplace.
