We’ve all cringed at the recent video of that manager at a telco screaming at her subordinates. We’ve also attested to how no one should have to work under those conditions. But the truth is, most of us know of abusive leaders, who not only scream at their subordinates, but manipulate and mistreat them in other ways. To such leaders, their subordinates are like toilet paper - to be used and thrown away.
