The tourism industry still continue to enjoy some growth despite recent events of terrorist attacks and natural disasters, according to the Global Business Travel Association. However, a recent study by GBTA has also stated that 28% of the business travellers said that their company may not have a proper risk management plan to tackle such unexpected events. What should companies do to have a robust risk management plan?
