Mental health at the workplace has become a top priority for businesses looking to hire high-performing talents and it has now been made a necessity for employers to create wellness solutions to help employees thrive at work.

Some negative impacts of poor mental health include:

Stress

These impacts can severely impact the performance rates of an individual at work and there are plenty of factors that may lead to these negative impacts on the mental health of an employee.

On this episode, we speak to Hetal Doshi, Organisational Psychologist and CEO at O-Psych who will help us bring down those factors, the role of HR in providing support mechanisms for an employee facing mental health issues and how an employee can navigate through a difficult situation at work in dealing with mental health problems.
