Incite Foodtech Sdn Bhd, a fast-growing food tech venture, recently acquired Eatcosys Sdn Bhd, a homegrown retail technology solutions provider that was recently recognised by KPMG and HSBC as one of the “emerging Malaysian unicorns.”

Together they are looking to create ASEAN's First Retail Tech Ecosystem. Combining their expertise, Incite Foodtech and Eatcosys aim to provide diverse solutions for both B2B and B2C segments.
