Billion Dollar Prawns?

Malaysian giant freshwater Prawns are known worldwide for their size and taste, and are revered at chef’s tables. We talk to Giva about the tech that's at the heart of this industry, and despite international recognition, why the industry is not growing as fast as it could be.
