Bringing Robotics To Operation Theatre

Robots have been giving surgeons a helping hand for years. In 2016 there were about 4,000 of them around the world’s hospitals and took part in about 750,000 operations. UiTM Private Specialist Centre became the first academic hospital in Malaysia to have a robotic surgical system and we speak to Prof Dr Mohd Zamrin Dimon, Dean of UiTM Faculty of Medicine to learn more about robotics in the operating theatre.
