SMB’s make up more than 95% of all businesses in Malaysia, employing 65% of our workforce and accounting for nearly 40% of our GDP so it’s without a shadow of doubt that it is important that SMBs can continue to flourish as we move into a new decade. But as with all good things ahead, there are risks and one that we’ve talked a lot about on this show is cybersecurity. With new technologies on the rise, more businesses going digital, cyber awareness is critical. We speak to Steve Crouch, Country President for CHUBB, a global insurance organisation, on their recent Malaysia SME Cyber Preparedness Report 2019.
