What Are We Doing Wrong to End the Spread of HIV?

Everyone wants the spread of HIV to end. Heavy-handed policies and a zero-tolerance approach have been found to be ineffective. Ezra Zaid speaks with Dr. Chris Beyrer, Professor of Epidemiology at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and Immediate Past President of the International AIDS Society.
