Everyone’s A Critic - 3:33 by Haris Rashid

Haris Rashid’s art exhibition, 3:33, is a surrealist exploration of emotions and themes that came up during the course of the COVID-19 pandemic and the various stages of Malaysia’s lockdown - but alongside the uncertainty and anxiety expressed in the works, Haris also infuses his works with magic, fantasy, and folklore. To review the exhibition, we are joined by artist and arts organiser Rupa Subramaniam, and we discuss the unexpected joys that are found in works created during a decidedly difficult time.
