Are Our Highways Crazy, Or Are We?

We look at our highways and their safety. This comes after an accident on the newly opened Sungai Besi-Ulu Kelang Expressway. So first - we look at how safe our highways are, and how safely we all use them. And then, what are the issues with being over-reliant on highways when it comes to our road planning?
