Detainment Of Refugees: Calls To Review Our Policy

Recent news surrounding escape attempts from a detainment centre in Kedah has prompted NGO Amnesty International to call for a review of our policy on detaining certain undocumented migrants indefinitely. First, we look into the existing policy, and the impact that its had. Then, we discuss alternative ways we could be doing to care and manage refugees in the country.
