Terror attacks are rife worldwide of late, with the attack in Jakarta in January being the most recent in this region- and closest to Malaysia. Today on Current Affairs, we speak to a terror expert, to get an insight into Malaysia’s terrorist rehabilitation programme. How does Malaysia achieve a high rehabilitation rate of 97 percent and what guarantees does Putrajaya have that these terrorists will stay rehabilitated?
