Amidst the flurry of announcement made at the tabling of Budget 2015, one crucial sector almost went unnoticed: the Arts. The Arts Industry, as distinct from the larger category of the Creative Industries, received no direct allocation. And beyond money, the question remains whether the government has a policy on developing the Arts Industry. We talk to representatives from the community.
