Yesterday, the Registrar of Societies declared that Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (PPBM) is “provisionally de-registered”, claiming the party did not submit requested documents.

Under the order, PPBM cannot conduct any party activities or use its logo, which essentially rules out its direct participation in GE14.

Ben Suffian, Programme Director at the independent research firm, Merdeka Center, discusses what's lies next for PPBM.
