Parlimen Facemask.mp3

On this round of ABOC, Kam Raslan is joined by playwright and academic Dr Ann Lee and BFM producer, Ali Johan. Ali starts off with the 25th anniversary of the MP3. He reminisces on growing up in between the transition of physical music copies to digital and how the format plays a major part in his life. Then, Kam shares his views on the psychology of wearing the facemask. Analysing the polar opposite of people in the West, United States particularly, in comparison to people in Asia react to wearing masks. Dr Ann wraps up the show with Parlimen Digital – a youth-led initiative on carrying out the parliament virtually. The trio further discuss the praises and criticisms the initiative has gotten after going live.
