EP66: Quarantine Cooking: Mochi Donuts

With the MCO in place, our host Jun is stuck at home. So he's sharing his favourite recipes from his recipe blog. This week, he's making mochi donuts. It's the American classic, but instead of wheat flour, it uses glutinous rice flour (or mochi donuts), resulting in a super chewy, yielding donut. Best of all, it takes less than an hour to make, from start to finish, kneading to eating! So join Jun through this ASMR journey, and do let us know if you made it at home! (Recipe link)
